We are excited to announce the return of a prestigious golf tradition, The Mesa City Senior Championship to a new venue, continuing to celebrate its legacy, all while embracing the FUTURE!

For years, the Mesa City Senior Championship has been a fun and competitive event for amateurs of various handicaps still enjoying playing in high level golf

competitions. This event, with its rich history and legacy, is being reintroduced at the renowned Toka Sticks Golf Club, and we invite you to be part of this incredible new chapter, in the tournament's journey.

Eligible to amateurs, 50 years of age and older, with current GHIN handicap. If you do not have a GHIN, you may enter event as a zero (0) handicap.

 Toka Sticks Golf Club is fully grassed from tee to green and plays from 5,185-6,900 yards on level fairways guarded by stands of mature eucalyptus, mesquite, palm and palo verde trees. Though subtle, the challenges from this layout merit the attention of every player. Trees and overhanging branches define the strategy on most holes. Trees stand at the corner of several dogleg fairways, guarding the approach to small, elevated greens. Toka Sticks Golf Club has a renowned reputation for its smooth and fast putting surfaces. 

Toka Sticks Golf Club welcomes guests to a traditional golf experience on an affordable and enjoyable layout. Toka Sticks Golf Club is owned by The Gila River Indian Community and was designed by the Army Corps of Engineers in the early 1950s as a recreational facility for personnel stationed at Williams Air Force Base.
